Already in the development phase, essential factors for error prevention are taken into account. We live zero-defect strategies and reliability in all areas of our process chains and are an essential success factor for our company. Quality checks at every production step based on defined performance characteristics guarantee fault-free products. The immutability of digital documents and our 4-eyes principle in order processing almost completely exclude errors. For these reasons, we have not needed a complaints department for many years. We do everything in our power to keep it that way.

Q-LAB® Energy efficiency & CO2-neutral production
We design our products to be uniquely timeless, clear and technically highly innovative. The Q-LAB® product series Cable Snake® Orbit® Gecko® Magnetic systems, Orbit® Cable-ducts, and others have been nominated many times and have often received multiple internationally recognised design awards.
In cooperation with TAB Thüringen, the efficient use of energy is promoted and constantly improved. Our goal is to burden our environment as little as possible.
We are constantly reducing our CO2 footprint from year to year.
We produce and assemble all our plastic products in a CO2-neutral way by using 100% green electricity from wind, water and solar power.
All heated factory halls and offices were insulated with blow-in insulation in 2022 & 2023 to save energy.
We produce the electricity for our development site in Prien am Chiemsee ourselves on the house roof. Surplus electricity is used to charge electric cars. A battery serves as a temporary storage unit that we charge when there is a surplus of electricity and discharge again at peak times.
Q-LAB® Sustainability, environmental and health protection
We only use our tested pollutant-free and food-safe plastic BionicQ®.
This is free of harmful halogen, PAH, fluorine, PFOS and DecaBDE. Q-LAB® undertakes to comply with the applicable EU regulations and EU directives on occupational health and safety. We use recycled packaging material and have been working paperless for more than 10 years.
All our products are 100% recyclable.
